B-STRUCTURA is a Biocompatible structural mortar, pre-packaged powder for interior and exterior use according to standard UNI EN 998-2: 2010. B-STRUCTURA is totally free of cement and compounds belonging to the clinker group. It consists of a mixture of pure calcareous sands, screened with continuous grain size arc from 0 to 1.4 mm. The binder consists of ST-ASTIER Pure Natural Hydraulic Lime NHL 5 according to standard UNI EN 459-1 and Metakaolin. The lime NHL 5, white, is produced by baking siliceous limestones at temperatures below 1250°C and reduced in powder by calcium oxide only, without the addition of pozzolanic materials or hydraulic binders of any kind.

B-STRUCTURE 15F; consisting of a mixture pure calcareous sand, screened with continuous grain size arc from 0 to 1.4 mm. The binder consists of SAINT-ASTIER Pure NHL 5 Natural Hydraulic Lime, according to standard UNI EN 459-1 and Pozzolan. The white lime NHL 5, produced by baking siliceous limestones at temperatures below 1250°C and reduced in powder by only the breakdown of calcium oxide.

The lime NHL 5, white, is produced by baking siliceous limestones at temperatures below 1250°C and reduced in powder by calcium oxide only, without the addition of pozzolanic materials or hydraulic binders of any kind.

The mixture for B-STRUCTURA INIEZIONE injections consists of a pure white high-strength NATURAL HYDRAULIC LIME, produced by the use of selected siliceous limestones. The baking of the limestones is carried out in vertical ovens at a temperature below 1250°C and reduced in powder by only the breakdown of calcium oxide, without the need for grinding. The binder consists of only NHL 5 totally free of pozzolanic materials, blast furnace slags, flying ash or hydraulic binders of any kind (clinker, cement, etc.), VOCs and according to Standard UNI EN 459-1.

La miscela per iniezioni B-STRUCTURA INIEZIONE OPUS è composta da CALCE IDRAULICA NATURALE pura ad alta resistenza di colore bianco, prodotta mediante l’impiego di calcari silicei selezionati e metacaolino. La cottura dei calcari avviene in forni verticali a temperatura inferiore a 1250°C e ridotta in polvere mediante il solo spegnimento dell’ossido di calcio, senza necessità di macinazione. Il legante NHL 5 è totalmente privo di materiali pozzolanici, scorie d’altoforno, ceneri volanti o leganti idraulici di qualsiasi natura (clinker, cemento ecc.), VOC ed è conforme alla Norma UNI EN 459-1.

The mesh is applicable both with organic matrix for the production of FRP composite materials or inorganic matrix for the production of FRCM composite materials.

TCS GLASS CK100 is a fibreglass mesh with anti-alkali treatment. The mesh ensures an excellent laying stability and workability on the construction site while maintaining a perfect alignment of the fibres. TCS GLASS CK100 is applicable with inorganic matrix of Natural Hydraulic Lime NHL 5 or traditional for the production of reinforced plasters.

TCS GLASS CK155 is a fibreglass mesh with anti-alkali treatment. The mesh ensures an excellent laying stability and workability on the construction site while maintaining a perfect alignment of the fibres. TCS GLASS CK155 is applicable with inorganic matrix of Natural Hydraulic Lime NHL 5 or traditional for the production of reinforced smoothing coats or external insulation systems.

TCS GLASS N350 is a composite fibreglass mesh made of E glass yarn with alkali resistant coating. The mesh in FRP ensures an excellent laying stability and workability on the construction site while maintaining a perfect alignment of the fibres. The mesh is applicable with an inorganic matrix, in particular with a natural hydraulic lime matrix, for the production of reinforcement systems.

TCS GLASS N40 is a composite fibreglass mesh made of E glass yarn with alkali resistant coating. The mesh in FRP ensures an excellent laying stability and workability on the construction site while maintaining a perfect alignment of the fibres. The net is applicable with an inorganic matrix, in particular with a natural hydraulic lime matrix, for the construction of subbases, screeds and reinforced plasters.
